When Baby Meets His Great-Grandmother | Oakland Newborn Photographer

There’s nothing like seeing a new grandmother doting on her first grandchild, until you see a great-grandmother in action! Fortunately, this baby boy’s grandmother and great-grandmother were able to visit and spend an extended period of time together and I was able to capture some of these tender moments together during an outdoor newborn session in Oakland. We spent time safely outdoors and I took a few shots from the doorway. These moments were so special to capture and it was heartwarming to see how both this baby boy’s grandmother and great-grandmother just beamed with pride and adoration as they held him. I’m grateful to have had this opportunity to capture these treasured memories of four generations together.
